ABOUT LAURENCE

Welcome to the website of Indianapolis freelance artist Laurence Brown.

As a writer, Laurence contributes to BBC America's Mind the Gap and has hosted various Twitter discussions—including special live tweets of all England matches at the 2014 Brazil World Cup—for Mind the Gap's #MindTheChat.

He is also published on leading Anglophile outlets, including Anglotopia, and operates his own blog devoted to British/American language differences. Laurence is an experienced editor, having worked in this capacity for one of the nation's leading publishers. He now offers his services to interested parties as a freelance editor.

With numerous stage credits to his name, Laurence has acted professionally in London, and previously for the Heartland Actors Repertory Theatre in Indianapolis. He is currently working for EclecticPond Theatre Company.

Laurence's other great passion is music composition. Coming November 18, 2014, Laurence is set to launch a free collection of his work—entitled Signs of Life—exclusively on SoundCloud. Details to follow.
